These fine folks are committed to sustainable methods of raising food and animals. Our vision for the future is one that realizes the shortest distance between the farm and the wholesome food we serve on your plate. To that end, our mission is simple: Disdain the expeditious in favor of the delicious. We think it's a winning formula, and we hope you agree.
